Certainly they exist to sell cars and they prosper from doing so, yet they exhibit a relaxed and transparent manner that made it pleasant to do business. Again, what I learned about customer service was that you really can't fake concern, and this dealer is really good at follow up. They want you to be happy with your decision. They seem to appreciate that a business makes profits by getting and keeping customers, and the best way to do that is to treat them like people. Finally, a shoutout to John Imparato, for his candor, his manner, his professionalism and his talent. I respect a good salesperson - I tried hard to be one myself - and John wants to enjoy his work and knows he will do so if he is kind and respectful to both prospective and actual customers. More
