Great Dealership, worth the drive!! I was looking for a certain Toyota Tundra with leather. I found it at Beaver Toyota in St Augustine, but thought "it's 2 hours away." I filled out the online form and within 30 minutes Jason Collins called and we talked on and off for and hour working out a deal. He answered all my question and was patient and nice with me. I drove the 2 hours thinking, "why"? When I arrived Justin Tenbroeck helped me because Jason was helping someone else. Justin was a great salesman and a credit to Beaver Toyota. We test drove the Tundra and finished working out the deal. He showed me everything about the truck and what Toyota certified care entails. I then saw John Hughes in finance and after the typical negotiations I was the proud owner of a Toyota Tundra. If that wasn't enough, the insurance agency at Beaver Toyota helped me get new car insurance and saved me $360 a year. I've had multiple cars and all the purchases were so-so. Everyone I came in contact with at Beaver Toyota was nice and genuine. Justin was right that they want to "WOW" each customer and they did it for me. This was worth the drive from Orlando. Every aspect of the sale was exceptional. Justin was right, they now have a customer for life!! Thank you Beaver Toyota. More

Thanks to you both for getting us in and out of there as quickly as you could on such a busy day. The finance departments new computer paperless system was state of the art and having all the papers we signed given to me on a thumb drive was a new experience for us but how smart and wise that is for the future. I brought the thumb drive home and pulled it up and downloaded all the files into my documents folder and then emailed copies to my family for safe keeping. Your will find Mr. Leaf the best dressed used car salesman on the lot and a very busy man but did a first class job. The process of buying any car at any dealer is somewhat a long process (more than 60 minutes) and perhaps one day the automotive industry will figure out a way to get the purchase process down to 60 minutes from the time you decide you want the car and agree on a price and drive away in your new car. Legal requirements for signing certain paper work is critical and also time consuming to prepare for the buyer and then sign. But it has always been that way for the last few years and it not only protects the customer, it also protects the dealership. Thanks Chuck and Aspen for working with us and making us happy customers and I am sure in a few years we will be back to purchase another wonder Toyota product. More
