The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate our needs keeps us coming back. We recently were involved in a 4 vehicle crash. I called Shannon from the car to say we wanted to have it towed there and would need a rental. He had arranged the rental and it was ready when we arrived! Such caring service is the norm there. Living 2 hours away in NY did not make it easy for me to get down there, so knowing the product already, all that was left was to make a deal that satisfied both myself and Falkner. I dealt with salesman Zachery who could not have been more helpful. I also spoke with the GM Gary and we were able to finalize the purchase agreement. I drove down on a Friday, my new vehicle was cleaned and ready for the road. After the usual paperwork and such I was ready to take my vehicle home. Working with Faulkner was very easy and stress free., I would reccomend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Toyota. Thank you Faulkner of Trevose! More
