I purchased a vehicle from Eastlake Auto Brokers, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Before purchasing the vehicle, I was told in writing via text by the dealership that the unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Before purchasing the vehicle, I was told in writing via text by the dealership that the tires were 60% and the brakes were 70%. Less than a month after purchasing the vehicle, I had a flat tire and took it to Les Schwab. During their inspection, I was told that two of the front tires were only around 40%, and the left rear brake was less than 10%. I provided Eastlake Auto Brokers with a verbal reminder of the text message showing the condition they represented to me before the purchase and communicated what I received from the Les Schwab inspection report showing the actual condition. II went in to the dealership and gave them an opportunity to address the situation and make it right, but they refused. The issue for me is not simply normal wear and tear. The concern is that I relied on the condition of the tires and brakes that was represented to me when deciding whether to purchase the vehicle. Had I known the actual condition of these items, I would not have purchased the vehicle. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to have the vehicle independently inspected and to verify the condition of everything before completing the purchase. Unfortunately, I believed the lies they told in order to complete the sale. Im not sure what's worse, the misinformation given or the refusal to make it right when given the opportunity. More

They worked with me on the price and sent me photos of everything I asked for since I live on the other side of the state.
