Please avoid. My daughter traded in a toyota for a Terrain. The toyota was not paid off, it took finance over two weeks to send the payoff which was sent to the wr My daughter traded in a toyota for a Terrain. The toyota was not paid off, it took finance over two weeks to send the payoff which was sent to the wrong place. Took another month to send to correct place at which time it is now deliquent and toyota is sending letters asking for payment. Kicker, I am a cosigner on the trade. Now, we both have deliquent marks on credit. Called John, sales manager who claims " gee I don't know anything about it, let me transfer you" Finance; gee I don't know anything about it, let me ask salesman. Who of course........you guessed it. Avoid, avoid, avoid. All we get is "we'll call you back" unfounded and should be illegal. Do they not have an inventory clerk? Responsible manager? Someone to take responsibility? More
