I (24 years old) was in the market for a new vehicle (2022 Mustang), almost all the dealership in my area had a market adjustment on their prices because of the current economic situation. AH Ford was o (2022 Mustang), almost all the dealership in my area had a market adjustment on their prices because of the current economic situation. AH Ford was one of the few dealerships that was willing to respect MSRP on special orders. I decided to do business with them mainly because my father had bought some vehicles previously at this dealership. I put my order in April 2022 with a 500 dollar deposit, about 2-3 months later I get the confirmation email with the window sticker, I noticed that some of the options were missing, nothing to crazy but I will still get the vehicle. I spoke to Anthony(sales rep) to see what we could do about it, we spoke with Jose(sales manager) and I we were able to agree on a good deal for the vehicle. I will like to thank Mr. Guido(general manager) for keeping track of the whole situation and making sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. Thanks More
