I’d like to revise my rating- The vehicle is not as I’d like to revise my rating- The vehicle is not as described in video by Ethan- I was sold a vehicle that was misrepresented by sales person- and I’d like to revise my rating- The vehicle is not as described in video by Ethan- I was sold a vehicle that was misrepresented by sales person- and I’m told I have no recourse- I was told the vehicle had new tires and pedal adjustment-which is does not- also- all the speakers were blown- which sound great with my “upgraded” receiver- (no Bluetooth)-? the vehicle was inspected- “state inspection”- and it passed- however this vehicle was serviced by lobb Toyota and technicians there recommended it have a new rack and pinion installed- this would have been great information to know. I specifically asked if all maintenance had been performed before I bought it- and their answer was yes- that everything was good- no issues- I’ve spent 3500 dollars on wheel bearings- audio- and tires- all within 3 weeks- and now I’m being told I have to install a new rack and pinion- 1700 dollars- I have messages and video from sales person who made honest mistakes but dealer management won’t accept responsibility- I asked specifically about features and was told it had them- I asked if there were any issues mechanically- and was to maintenance was performed- it was not- I was told it had new tires- I had to replace all 4 tires that were in bad shape and not as described- Bad customer care-follow up- and no integrity- the dealer hides behind Texas no return policy- but how can you misrepresent a product-sell it- and think it’s ok? Why do this to someone who paid in full for vehicle? I was ghosted when I brought these discrepancies up to sales person and management- when I finally got response- it was “sorry can’t help you” More

They won’t work with you on price or give you blue book for your vehicle and they are rude and aggressive. At finance I was standing to leave and ready to go because they couldn’t get a decent APR then I g for your vehicle and they are rude and aggressive. When I apologized and said I’m not able to buy it they told me “that’s fine we have someone else 10 minutes behind you”. I have a ton of patience but not for people being big headed. I have never been to a dealership that treated me that bad. More
