After purchasing an XLE Grand Highlander, we decided that we wanted the next higher trim level, the Limited. When we first talked with the dealership about bringing back the XLE and purchasing a Limited, the we wanted the next higher trim level, the Limited. When we first talked with the dealership about bringing back the XLE and purchasing a Limited, they offered to take the XLE back , but for $10,000 less than what we had paid for it, just 10 days earlier. Needless to say, we were very upset and felt like we were being taken advantage of, due to the current market. We confronted them about it and they responded immediately with a fair offer and we ended up purchasing the Limited. And we left very satisfied with how Pat Lobb took care of the situation. And our salesperson was wonderful through out the entire process… so friendly, helpful, and never pushy. More

The dealership was nice, but Carlos Carroll our salesman was absolutely fantastic. He is very sweet and kind hearted.
