Terrible! wont stand behind their cars or warranties. After taking my car in for warranty work at my local dealer (my parking sensors were not working amoung other things). Chevy dealer would not cover re After taking my car in for warranty work at my local dealer (my parking sensors were not working amoung other things). Chevy dealer would not cover repairs and told me my vehicle had been wrecked and not fixed properly. Even though my 2016 $40K Tahoe is under factory warranty I get no help. Vehicle had a clean Carfax because all accidents reported on Carfax reports are insurance claims. If a vehicle is repaired privately Carfax never knows. Vehicle was in northends 90 day 3750 miles warranty but still refuse to pay for repairs. I live 5 hrs from northend. Management talks round and round never solves the problem. Buying wrecked cars and fixing them privately and selling to unsuspecting people. Buyer beware!!! Next time I see them will be in court! More

This follow- up review is to acknowledge the the excellent service I re I previously wrote a 5-star review for North End Motors after buying my Camry. This follow- up review is to acknowledge the the excellent service I received recently in North End Motors Service Department. They serviced my car as part of a six-month maintenance check that included oil change, tire rotation and replacement of headlight bulbs. Once they took great care of the vehicle and everyone was professional and skilled. I trust North End Motors and I plan to use them for all my car's maintenance and repair needs. Thank You! More
