Rochemise A. Northend Motors is one of a kind. The place has a huge variety of cars 300+ it's the best dealership I've been in. I called them I spoke to John Ferna Northend Motors is one of a kind. The place has a huge variety of cars 300+ it's the best dealership I've been in. I called them I spoke to John Fernandes I came in with no idea of the car I wanted and left with a great car for a great deal. He was amazing, patient , kind he didn't pressure me into signing anything like other sales person at other dealers. He did his job well as a sales person he wasn't too quick, he gave me a lot of options with finance, monthly payment, he didn't mind pulling the cars for me. He made me feel very comfortable and he knows how to talk to grab your attention. We talked about cars and life. He was just amazing no complains. The place is very warm and friendly and you feel welcome. Anyone coming here please ask for John you won't regret it. More

Good Experience I worked with John Fernandes when buying a Ford Explorer. John was a straight shooter and his communication throughout the process was excellent. I had to ask the finance guys to do a little better than the initial rate they proposed which was a little annoying because I told them the rate I was prequalified for and they had to meet or beat. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall it was a good experience. More
