The service dept has always been great and very pleasant to work with over the last three years. I processed my new car deal online via their most excellent web based purchase program. The final drive out cost was within $2 of the estimate! Super Cool. Special shout out to Neal for his professionalism, open personality, and car knowledge. Also, Vince provided his years of electric car experience that really resolved all my "EV" anxieties. Finally, i want to call out John for his financial prowess as he guided me through the "buy these extras" opportunities. In less than 20 min.
