JON COLLINS TO THE RESCUE I came in today since I had a weird odor coming from the vents when I have the heat/AC on. At first I went to Park Ave BMW but they would not fix the I came in today since I had a weird odor coming from the vents when I have the heat/AC on. At first I went to Park Ave BMW but they would not fix the issue under warranty. My car only has 12,100 miles on it, so I didn't think that would be an issue. The complimentary maintenance did not cover the fix either since it was not due yet. So I called BMW of Tenafly. Kristen answered the phone and took some information from me and told me to bring it in and have it taken care of. She scheduled me with Jon and he took care of the odor immediately! I didn't know BMW of Tenafly was there. I don't see much advertisement from the dealership, but I will be back next time my car needs service. More

This is my 4th vehicle purchase from this dealerhip and what I love most is the friendly staff and the customer service. Each time I purchase a car the Sales Rep makes me feel that my purchase was the most what I love most is the friendly staff and the customer service. Each time I purchase a car the Sales Rep makes me feel that my purchase was the most important thing to him at that time. The price is always competitive. I have a dealership 15 minutes from my home, but instead of using them I drive 1 and 1/2 hours to this dealership because of the relstionship I have developed over the years. John Collins is amazing! He is always honest, respectful, and professional. Any time I call him he calls me right back and has an answer for each question I ask him. He is one of the reasons I am so loyal to this dealership. Sandra Pilavdjian is another person who has made my experience with the dealership positive. When my car is being serviced she always arranges for me to have a loaner car without any delay. The cars are always clean and well kept. In addition, John Viola, Service and Parts Director, is another reason why I remain loyal to the dealership. He always makes the time to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience, and each time I emailed him he personally answered each one of them. Overall, if you are a die heart BMW driver and looking for a dealership that will make your driving experience wonderful then look no further!!! More

This duo team at BMW of Tenafly is out of this world. They are very helpful and willing to go out of their way when there is a service issue with my vehicle. Very friendly and professional.
