Best Auto Purchase Experience I've ever had! My husband and I went in to Auto Wholsale in Wilmington, NC. We were just going to look to see what might be of interest to us. After just a few min My husband and I went in to Auto Wholsale in Wilmington, NC. We were just going to look to see what might be of interest to us. After just a few minutes, Mr. Canoutas came over to see if there was anything in particular we were looking for and if we'd like to have the keys to look inside any of the vehicles or take something for a ride. We saw a couple of cars that looked interesting and a lot of great prices so we decided to take one for a ride. After driving our now new Nissan Rogue, we decided we didn't need to see anything else. Mr. Canoutas, processed our trade in and did all the paperwork necessary including calling our insurance company and updating our plan. It was a seamless process and we were able to drive our new vehicle off the lot just a short time later. Thank you John, for your professional manner and making our car buying experience a successful one. We'll be back to see you again and will recommend both you and Auto Wholesale to all our friends! Buying my car Being a female with very little knowledge about cars, my past car buying experiences have left something to be desired to say the least. Buying my car from Wholesale Auto has hands down been the best experience I have had. The salesmen were super helpful but not pushy or pressuring at all. I was able to test drive any car that I wanted without being questioned or pressured about my car buying interests. After finding the car I wanted Tim, our salesman was awesome. He helped with having my car appraised for trade in, which I got a very fair deal on! When it came to the paperwork, Tim was very laid back which made the process completely stress free and handled the entire process! I did not have to speak with the manager and then the finance guy etc. This dealership does not participate in any deceptive practices and does not pressure you to buy additional warranties or services. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends because this is how car buying should be! They have great inventory with great prices. I will not go anywhere else to buy another car! Also to mention, once you buy your car there is a service center on site that does car repairs and routine services at a discounted price! I simply cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the experience I had! More
