Everyone managed to walk the fine line between being interested in finding the vehicle we wanted without it becoming a hard sell. All our questions were answered promptly and corrected and we heard from our sales rep only when he had real information for us, such as our car had been shipped and an ETA. Never a phone call asking if we were ready to buy, might be interested in a different car, etc. The financing process was as painless as possible, and there was no hard sell on add-ons such as wheel damage protection for 100 years and a million miles. The finance manager told us what options there were but did not try to sell us any of them. More
