He took it a step further and ran thru all the features with us and when he didn't know something he quickly followed up to get us squared away even after the deal was made and closed out. For John, even after making his life a bit frustrating in contacting other dealerships from California to Virginia, he got us all that we wanted and more. Plus, he ensured we got all the discounts and incentives available. Finally, Jerremy Jackson laid out all the options available but was honest and transparent on what we need based on our driving style profile and low milage usage. As a cybersecurity professional, I've been concerned about the safety & security of cars from many manufacturers who have added digital features to cars and trucks. Stories abound of easily hackable Jeeps and Nissans, for example. To me, many digital features being added to cars seem to open up new ways for criminals to steal car digitally, or at least damage their computer systems during attempts at theft. With computer systems running almost every function of 2020 models from most companies, I emailed Volvo OKC asking some very specific questions about the cybersecurity and digital features on their lineup. Aslan made an exceptional effort to reach out to Volvo headquarters and find answers for me, and I was very happy with the diligence shown by Aslan, the dealership, and Volvo HQ in addressing my concerns. A couple weeks later we settled on a great deal for an S60 and I've loved every second of driving it for the past four months! More
