We recently purchased our first brand-new car — a Toyota Corolla Hybrid — and had an outstanding experience with Joseph. Even though it’s not the most expensive vehicle on the lot, the level of service we Corolla Hybrid — and had an outstanding experience with Joseph. Even though it’s not the most expensive vehicle on the lot, the level of service we received was exceptional. My husband is a mechanic and very detail-oriented, so we came in with technical and sometimes tricky questions. Joseph answered everything clearly and confidently — no guessing, no vague sales talk, just honest and straightforward information. We were braced for pushy sales tactics, based on our friends' dealership experiences, but instead the process was calm, patient, and completely no-xx! After past negative experiences at a nearby Toyota dealership, this was a refreshing change. Joseph is honest, approachable, and genuine — someone who clearly cares about doing the right thing. Integrity matters to us. Even though we received slightly lower offers elsewhere, we chose to return to Joseph because trust and character mean more than saving a little extra money. Bredemann overall also seems to have some experienced, and respectful staff, which says something about the management style - valuing long term customer satisfaction vs. immediate gains. We will absolutely recommend Joseph and won’t go anywhere else for future car purchases. High Marks!!! Thank you! Till the next one! More
