Purchase a new 2024 truck recently at the dealership. Front grill start peeling after driving 458 miles. Return the truck to service and contacted sale man to update him about the problem. Ask if he would be pro active about over seeing repairs due to plan vacation. 1-week 4 days went by and my truck was parked asking me to pick it up because my parts was on back order 2-3 months. I don’t not like driving a brand new vehicle looking like this and now I have stay calling and inquiring about these parts, because I know I will not receive update about status. This is the second new vehicle I purchased brand new for the dealership and was not happy with the help or support I get from service or sale department. My last vehicle from here ! Darren Dawson was the only person trying to help. Im still waiting for my salesman to call me back. I had to get very angry and unprofessional with service department. They park the truck, couldn’t find my keys and registration and license plate was just sitting with no call to pick it up or it was in. More

Did absolutely NOTHING to rectify the problem! I explained the situation and was told nothing was wrong and as soon as I got back in my car and left it was still doing the same! Expressed a battery cable issue and coolant leak. Both were dismissed with little diagnosis of any at all. Still having the same issue. GMC said if it continued to happen they would wave some fee’s t Both were dismissed with little diagnosis of any at all. Still having the same issue.
