I called Joel on a Monday asking with my lease due to expire in a couple of months. We discussed on the phone what vehicles and features I was interested in. We set an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived Joel greeted me warmly and informed me he had both vehicles prepped and ready for our test drive. Joel was very knowledgeable about all features on both vehicles. We settled on a choice and Joel walked me through the process and the offer was very fair. Joel believes in providing a first class buying experience and that is what he delivered. It’s how car buying should be. Highly recommend Joel! More

I appreciated the time he spent reviewing available inventory, his transparency and back-up documentation disclosing information on the used car and value of my existing vehicle as a trade-in. Additionally, Tony Guzman was welcoming and Amin Smith quick and efficient with the purchase procedures. Joel and Tony were extremely cordial during my visits, as were staff who walked by and offered assistance during waiting periods.
