Particularly worth noting that George Brunner (the sales manager) was very accommodating when it came to sorting out the final details of my lease plan. I'd been given one price on the first visit, but a different price on return. When I queried and explained the situation, he and the team were great in sorting things out for me. I was very specific with my requirements and to add to the complexity this was an out of state (NY to CT) purchase and involved a trade in as well. This resulted in a rather high level of apprehension on my part but the team at Garavel (Joe W, Amanda & Nik K.) were great and the whole process was made nothing short of simple. I have bought many cars through the years both luxury and basis brands. Joe W. went out of his way to simplify the entire process and explained literally everything, this was followed up by no less that 3 calls to ensure I was happy and satisfied.
