GMC purchase after not purchasing from an "Orlando" dealer Sales rep, was receptive to my years of experience in finance and did not attempt to sell us. He did a good job in meeting our request by matching my Sales rep, was receptive to my years of experience in finance and did not attempt to sell us. We were there over two plus hours but in all fairness, part of the time was due to our request to have certain items on the vehicle taken care of prior signing the sales agreement. More

My wife and I live about 150 miles from the dealership, in Georgia, so when we saw the advertised price on the internet we had to make sure the Out the Door price was firm. Joe Washburn sent us a quote and when we came in to get the car Sonny Wallace made us feel quite at home and yes the price quoted was what we paid with no attempts to sell unnecessary add ons, etc. We did have a problem with a missing key but Sonny took care of that as well. David Hoff was a whiz at the documentation process. This dealership seems to be a happy workplace for all the employees we observed, and we noticed that everyone went out of their way to make us (and our poodle Lollipop) and other customers comfortable and stress free. Definite recommend! More
