I have been with VW for 27+ years. I have done all facets of the job on the sales side( sales, internet manager, used car manager, new car managerand General sales manager). I have been at Ganley Bedford Imports for 17 years. I love the VW product. My family has owned or leased 20 VW's. My favorite VW of all time is the GTI model!!!! I have been married 20 years to my wife. I have 2 daughters and a English Bulldog named Lola( AKA Grolo, Lolacababacakes, bad girl). I was a 4 year letter winner for Hiram College Soccer and a 1997 graduate of Hiram College. In my spare time: I love to be with my family, play soccer, run, watch and listen to music. Joe was absolutely awesome to work with! He made the buying experience not only enjoyable but so quick and easy!!! We told him what we wanted, what price range we needed and w/o any back and forth made buying experience not only enjoyable but so quick and easy!!! When I came in to test drive, the car was already out and ready to go and we we came in to sign, everything was ready to go and we were in/out in less than an hour! We had a good experience with Ganley on our used car purchase. Quick to the point negotiations with the sales manager via email. The actual transaction was just as we negotiated and the salesman found purchase. Quick to the point negotiations with the sales manager via email. The wait to buy the car with the finance guy is just too long. That was the only disappointing part of the transaction. More
