He answered a ton of questions for me regarding different models, pricing, etc. As soon as I let Joe know that I was ready to make a purchase, but was having difficulty finding the exact car I wanted (model, color, etc), he was on it. Within 24 hours he had located the vehicle I wanted,and handled everything with me via e-mail and text. We made an appointment to pick up the car a few days later and when i arrived at the dealership, everything was ready for me. I have Nitro in my tires thus green caps on the valve stems. They were cracking and thus could cause dirt to get into them.
