I went to the dealer on a Sunday just to look as my lease from Clinton Honda was coming to an end, and I wanted to stay with the dealer. The next morning I put in a online interest for and that morning before Clinton Honda was open Joe Vizzi was already there to help through email and was still excellent later in the day over the phone. I scheduled an appointment to meet him, he inspected my car and said he'd be able to get me into the car the next day. I come by the next day and he is ready. Everything was all setup at his desk for me and he greeted us as soon as we got in the door. Joe made everything fast and easy! And top top it off it was raining that day so Joe kept the car in a dry indoor space so I car see my new car clean. Mark Whitney the Finance manager is extremely friendly and made everything as easy as it could and made sure to explain everything I was signing and paying. Super happy with my experience with Clinton Honda and there employees mentioned. Great Job Joe V Mark W, and staff! More

In one word – Bravo! By far the most positive buying experience for a vehicle for me. I submitted a request late at night and was emailed back by Joe Vizzi, Clinton Honda’s internet sales manager withi experience for a vehicle for me. I submitted a request late at night and was emailed back by Joe Vizzi, Clinton Honda’s internet sales manager within minutes (also a huge thanks to Jesse for connecting me with Joe so quickly). Joe and I traded a few emails late evening to get an appointment time set up the next day. I was impressed Joe followed up with a phone call to me the following morning to introduce himself and to also listen to some of the challenges I had finding my very tall son (6’3”) a comfortable and affordable car to drive. Joe was very patient on the phone and proposed a great game plan with several suggestions. Upon my son and I meeting Joe live, he was very professional, friendly, caring, and patient. He walked us through several great used car options that were within my budget. We ended up in a beautiful Honda Certified 2018 Civic LX with low miles for a great price. I am also very impressed that Clinton Honda does not play the nonsense/bs pricing games at the backend. They have a very reasonable flat rate documentation fee and DMV registration fee– that’s it, no bs vehicle prep fees, etc. that other dealerships love to screw consumers over on. I was also offered a very fair value for my trade in (within KBB trade in value range). The backend of the process was a breeze, I was in and out in 30 minutes to pick up the car and drop off the trade in which included a lot of the time reviewing the features of the new car. And I am guessing Clinton Honda’s finance manager (Mark Whitney) is related to Joe someone (professional, very friendly and a great communicator) Look forward to my family’s next vehicle purchase through Joe Vizzi and Clinton Honda! In my lifetime i have purchased at least 10 vehicles from dealerships and by far this was the most pleasant experience I have had. Joe Izzi was right on top of things and kept me in the loop constantly on th dealerships and by far this was the most pleasant experience I have had.
