We had the pleasure of working with our salesperson Joe Vizzi. Let’s face it who really enjoys buying a new car especially in a shortage of all things car related and beyond. We worked with Joe over the phone to discuss options and possible upcoming purchase. From the start Joe was honest and transparent. He didn’t use scare tactics or play games to pressure us to commit to buying a car (which one pretty much has to put a deposit and then wait doe the car to arrive) He was patient when we were uncertain about selecting and by proceeding with a car purchase. Everything was done over the phone which was a super easy and time saving process for everyone involved. Joe kept us informed on the pending arrival of the car to the dealership. When the car arrived we had some barriers to getting into the deAlership to finalize purchase and bring out new baby home. Joe was flexible and even offered to stay late to accommodate our hectic schedules. All in all a pleasant experience in an otherwise stressful situation. Joe is a standup guy. More
