Had an excellent experience in purchasing our Honda CR-V. I was frustrated with the on-line purchasing of a vehicle until I connected with Joe. I was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from out of state. I was frustrated with the on-line purchasing of a vehicle until I connected with Joe. I was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from out of state. Joe immediately eased my concerns with his prompt response to my questions and concerns. When I was ready to make the purchase, he quickly provided me with the out the door price and informed me of the necessary insurance documents I would need to close out the purchase. After a 3 hour drive, we arrived at the dealership. Joe greeted us and retrieved the vehicle. He took the necessary time to show my daughter the many features of the vehicle. Which I thought was a nice touch because she was able to connect her phone to the blue tooth. Afterwards, he ushered us to the business manager where we signed the purchase agreement. We were in and out the dealership in less than an hour. Thanks to Joe's prior planning. My only regret is, I didn't find him on line sooner. Many days and hours had been spent looking the type, trim and color CRV. Thanks for your professionalism. I am a witness that all on-line salesmen go the extra mile like Joe. I would not hesitate to buy from him again. More
