First, Mike gave my husband a great deal over the phone and this alleviated the stress of negotiating a price. Then, when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Joe immediately showed us the Odyssey, which was already parked at the parking lot and explained all the new features it has. He then showed us around and introduced us to Judy. She not only advised us on all the options we had, but provided us with great information. I had a great experience renewing my Honda Accord lease with Joe Vizzi. I'll admit I was skeptical as to whether we could close a deal on the evening I went to the dealership, but Joe made it easy to upgr with Joe Vizzi. I'll admit I was skeptical as to whether we could close a deal on the evening I went to the dealership, but Joe made it easy to upgrade to a new Honda Accord, and somewhat to my surprise, I drove home a new Accord at the same monthly payment as my previous lease. Joe really went the extra mile to make this work, including helping me move everything I had in the old car to the new one -- a considerable feat! The whole process was quick, easy, and enjoyable. It's great service and the willingness to meet the customer's needs that builds brand and dealer loyalty -- and Joe provided both in spades. I traveled over 500 miles - from Michigan to New Jersey - to purchase a used Ford Taurus X which I found listed on-line. Unlike a dealer in Pennsylvania the week before (where I struck a deal on a Friday for travel Monday only to have it sold to someone else on Saturday), Joe and Clinton Honda held the car for a couple of business days so I could make arrangements to travel to NJ and complete the sale. Joe picked me up from a nearby rail station and both he and his colleagues were very pleasant to deal with. The car was prepped well, and was thoughtfully filled with a full tank of gas to get me started off right on my 11 hr drive back to Michigan. I was impressed with the honesty and integrity that was demonstrated in this process and would recommend them either if you are local or, like me, considering a long distance transaction. More
