Obviously, I was badly shaken by both accidents, especially the second, and I relied on Joe to take care of me in a vulnerable situation--and he did. He understood what I wanted and made every effort to find me a new Honda with the options I wanted and didn't need. I felt Joe handled me carefully in a really sensitive time. I love my new Honda--it's pretty much just like my old one. This is my fifth Accord. Thank you, Joe.
