He listened to the pricing we could afford and came in right where we needed it to be without any hassle. Even though the specific vehicle trim was not available, Joe was able to locate the vehicle for us. We went in the week before the baby came to discuss a fair value for our trade-in. My wife then had the baby and Joe was patient and very 'e-savvy', allowing us to do a lot of the transaction via email and exchange of electronic documents. On the day it came to pickup our new Odyssey, Joe made the process seamless and the finance department was not pushy and also made it very easy. Based on the deals offered by various dealers in NJ, Pennsylvania and Delaware, we ended up contacting Clinton Honda and spoke with Joe Vizzi about the Accord Coupe we were looking for. Joe was personable and listened while we described the specific vehicle and touring package we wanted. Up front Joe understood that if Clinton Honda wasnt able to match the deals we had prearranged via the internet with competing Honda Dealers in the area we would shop elsewhere. Joe accepted the challenge of winning our business and answered questions about the car we were interested in purchasing without hesitation. Even though we asked many more questions than the average buyer and had Joe to look up model specific specifications and options on the Accord Touring Coupe that took time away from business he might otherwise have had he willingly went the distance to get answers for us. Over the course of several days, we talked back and forth with Joe about our new car and almost ended up walking away from the deal until we felt comfortable with Joe and the conditions of the sale.
