Low and behold, Joe Vizzi and Mike Racano worked their magic and BAM!, we ended up with a beautiful 2014 Honda Accord! My fiancée is an experienced mechanic and is the first one to call a dealership out on selling a vehicle that has hidden issues (for people like me who can't spot them!), and he was the first one to say what a well-managed and well-maintained vehicle our Accord is. If you're looking for a great vehicle and great people to work with you and your financial situation, stop on by Clinton Honda and ask to speak with Joe Vizzi or Mike Racano! He obviously wanted to sell a car but was not overly pushy, and I told him I would call him in a couple of days. Went back two days later (a Friday night) and purchased the pre-owned. Joe was very polite and helpful showing me the car's features even though I ended up staying well past the dealership's normal closing time. Went back after the weekend and finalized the paperwork and pick up the car. I was about 45 minutes later than my initial appointment time but still received prompt service. Judy was very helpful and patient in explaining my financing arrangement. Joe explained some of the car's main features once more, including setting up my phone. Overall, I had a positive customer service experience. There is actually a Honda dealer closer to my house than Clinton but I have had a couple of lousy experiences there, which is why I ended up driving a bit further to Clinton. More
