Joe Vizzi and I discussed the features/mileage and out-the-door price over email and afterward I submitted a small deposit to hold the vehicle until I was able to pick it up. On pickup day, Scott guided me through the test-drive and paperwork (Joe had a prior commitment on the day I could pick it up). The finance office was a little pushy toward the end, but nothing I wasn't expecting. Overall, it was a very smooth experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase vehicle in or out of state. More
