Joe was courteous, informative, respectful, and above all provided excellent customer service. We felt that he has our interests at heart and took good care of us. He took the time to explain everything and showed us all the functions of the car (even though it was 30 minutes past their business hours), which is a service I didn't receive when I leased my Toyota Prius.
