Joe Vizzi handled the transaction from my initial online inquiry until I drove off the lot that same day. He was very responsive to emails and phone calls. I appreciated that he was able to email me exact upfront pricing including ALL taxes and fees so there were NO surprises once at the dealership. No "bait and switch" here!
