I started with Holman Toyota several years ago and was fortunate to be assisted by Ms. Jane Silker. She was a fine example of a trustworthy salesperson by assisting and not pressuring us with our lease. fortunate to be assisted by Ms. Jane Silker. By the time my lease expired and to my chagrin, Ms. Silker retired and we were introduced to Mr. Phil Bricker. He did his best by listening to our prior experience with Ms. Silker , and what we were looking for and delivered more than what was asked. For this lease, we were aware of our advantage regarding the equity in our vehicle so my wife and I visited several dealerships from other automakers for their offers before returning to Holman Toyota. When we spoke with our salesman Mr. Bricker he was confident that he could meet or exceed what others offered. After examining our returning vehicle, Mr. Bricker put together a deal that inspired my wife and I to turn in our leased vehicle instead of waiting until August when the lease was to expire. We are very happy with the quality of the vehicles that we have leased from Holman Toyota, their sales staff and the service provided to keep our cars running. I will be most happy to brag about my car to friends and family amd will recommend that they go to Holman Toyota for their next purchase. More
