On Monday the estimated time for the routine maintenance/oil change on the car was long and it usually tends to be long but Joe Toepfer (very professional individual by the way!) always finds a way to guarantee me to be out of there before I have to pick up my child from school. I have dealt with Joe since I bought my car and having a familiar face working with you is reassuring and makes you feel like family.
