I emailed BuzzChew off their website and within 10 minutes Joe Tedesco emailed me and asked if I had time for a quick call. For the record, I am still waiting on the other dealers to reply to my initial email. Joe and I spoke, I explained my situation and he offered recommendations. I told him I would be in touch when I could come into the showroom. Once I showed up to the showroom Joe was 100% focused on me the entire time I was there. He explained things, we looked at cars and within 30 minutes we were working on paper work for my car. Andy, who helped with the financing paperwork, was a total straight shooter and easy to chat with. Everyone was friendly, the owner even came in and said "thank you for the business". Honestly, I still can't believe how much I enjoyed the experience and I am in love with my Malibu -- which was not what I original thought I wanted. Joe and the team at Buzz Chew make you feel like a human being and that your time and money are valued, which is rare. This does not mean they are not forward thinking in terms of technology that makes your life more seamless as a customer, it means that in addition they add the human piece that is often missing.
