I selected Hyman Bros. because they have been in business for 67 years and I had received good feedback from my friends(If you are going to buy a used car you might as well buy from the best.)I started my search on line and found what I wanted at Hyman (2011 Cadillac SRX).From my first interface with Joe Taylor in responding to my email until I drove the car off the lot Joe was very friendly,knowledgable and professional.Joe was never pushy in dealing with me, it was purely about what I wanted and needed.I dealt with Bill Thomas for finances,again very professional nothing pushy (I did purchase an extented warrantee,but only because it made sense not because it was pushed). The price was good, but was a little over retail and the mileage was a little high for a 1 1/2 year old car. The sales person Joe Taylor was easy to work with, not pushy, knowledgeable and got back to us in a the time he stated he would. I live in middle Georgia and had been searching for the perfect vehicle for months. I knew EXACTLY what i wanted and the price i wanted to pay, but was having a hard time finding it. I finally found the PERFECT vehicle on Hyman Bros website and couldnt' believe they would deliver it to me for only $250! I was a bit sceptical at first, but am so glad i decided to call them and eventually purchase an '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I could not have had a more pleasant experience! Salesman, Joe Taylor, was so friendly and helpful. He was easy to communicate with and always quickly responded to my texts and calls. Joe & Hyman Bros made the entire transaction very simple and my new vehicle arrived at my door about a week after i purchased it. It was exactly as they described it & as was depicted in the pictures on their website. The delivery driver was very nice and worked around my schedule. Two days after delivery, a problem arose with my new car. I immediately called Joe (even though it was after 8:00 pm) and he answered even though he was at home playing with his daughter. He advised that i take the car to my local Jeep dealership in the morning and call him back. Again, Hyman Bros was so easy to work with and took care of all repair charges (about $600). The service manager at my local Jeep dealership made several comments about how friendly Hyman Bros was and how easy they were to work with. I couldn't be happier with my experience or my new car! I would definately do business with Hyman Bros again and will recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Joe Taylor and Hyman Bros!
