awesome service I went to this dealership because I saw a 2009 Honda Civic I was interested in online. I first met with Joe Shoemaker, the Sales Manager and he referr I went to this dealership because I saw a 2009 Honda Civic I was interested in online. I first met with Joe Shoemaker, the Sales Manager and he referred me to Zaya Ochana, the Sales Rep. Both of these men could not have been friendlier, as they made me very comfortable from the start. I told them of my dilemma, my daughter is away at college and her car died. As it is a 20 year old car, it didn't make much sense to put more money into it. I told them I still owed $1500 on my girlfirends car, and we are a one income family so my bankroll was very limited. After we decided to buy the car, both men bent over back words to help me get this deal done, first by giving us great deal on the price, secondly by giving me financing options, and thirdly by staying within my budget. I would strongly recommend this dealership, and these two professionals for there truly amazing job. I have only driven Hondas for the last 23 years, however, after dealing with these two gentlemen, my next new purchase will be a Toyota from Schaumburg Toyota. More

The sales Professional Zaya Ochana Was very nice and friendly and he work with his manager Joe Shoemaker to make our experience buying a Toyota the best car experience we ever had.! The car my wife wanted was a White 4 runner with all the bells and whistles and it had to come from another Toyota dealership, Zaya got the car on his day off and gave me a call that night and told me that I could come in and pick it that would have to cleaned and ready to go. Zaya Ochana stayed late and spend a hour going step by step with my wife so she understood every feature about the car, along with setting up her phone to the car for the hands free calling.. I never written a review for something I have purchased, but I feel The Schaumburg Toyota really cares about the cars they sell, and the people they sell them to.I would highly recommend this dealers. We recently bought a 2012 Prius V from Schaumburg Toyota and honestly, it was the best car buying experience my husband and I have had. A few days before visiting the dealer, I requested an online quote fr and honestly, it was the best car buying experience my husband and I have had. A few days before visiting the dealer, I requested an online quote from their internet department. They quickly responded with a quote and also another email from a salesman with his contact info. With that in hand, along with quotes from other nearby dealers and research from http://Truecars.com, we visited the showroom on Monday 2/20/12. We asked for the salesman who contacted us earlier and in no time where doing a test drive. When we finally sat down to talk prices, neither our salesman Joe R. or the sales manager, also Joe, pushed us about buying that day. They not only honored our quote, but counter offered below a competing dealer's quote. They were also not pushy about extended warranties or add-ons, even going so far to say some of the warranties were kind of pricey for what we need. They quickly ran our credit and assembled all the purchase/loan documents. I think we saw the finance officer for 10 minutes (I think it helped that we had good credit). We were out of the door within 2.5 hours, including the test drives. I would definitely recommend going there again. More

I was not sure what I wanted and it did not phase Isaac in the least bit ~ he let me test drive any vehicle I wanted and recommended more based on what I liked. I even left after the first day (I was there for over three hours test driving different vehicles) to think about my decision. It's a big choice and they all understood. I could not have asked for a better experience. Kudos! Schaumburg Toyota makes car buying hassle free and it was fantastic to test drive all those vehicles to ensure I was 100% happy with what I drove home! I leased a Toyota Rav4 and LOVE IT! More

The salesperson, James Flores, was very knowledgeable and listened to everything that I was looking for in a new car. He gave me some options to look over, without ever pressuring me to make a decision. After test driving a few cars, and taking the time to discuss everything with my wife, we finally came to an agreement on the Corolla. The entire process was painless as James Flores, Joe Shoemaker (and crew) were very helpful, and had all of the paperwork, along with my new car, prepared for me in a very short amount of time. I will definitely recommend Schaumburg Toyota to all of my family and friends in the future. More
