THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!! I brought my Newly Purchased Vehicle that was sold by this dealership and I purchased the paint protection program which involves putting Xzilon on th I brought my Newly Purchased Vehicle that was sold by this dealership and I purchased the paint protection program which involves putting Xzilon on the interior and exterior of the vehicle. When the service department was preparing the cars exterior to apply the protective coating, they must have used the wrong kind of compound or used a buffing pad that was contaminated with dirt/pebbles since they damaged the exterior paint on the vehicle. They are claiming that there is no evidence of damage however multiple people and the pictures I took when inspecting the car shows that there is in fact damage that occurred in their possession. They had the car for roughly 2 months and they could not fix the damages they caused. They gave up on trying to fix it and said, "Its a used car so there is going to be scratches in the paint. Even when you buy a new car, the paint isn't going to be perfect and there will be scratches in it." and they repeated that statement when I replied stating "I understand used car might have scratches in it but if I bring it to you without the scratches and you give it back with new scratches, how is that normal to happen when performing a full detail? I would not suggest buying a car from this dealer since they clam its normal to buy a BRAND NEW CAR THAT COMES WITH SCRATCHES, AS WELL AS, WHEN GETTING IT SERVICED TO RECEIVE YOUR CAR BACK IN WORSE CONDITION THEN AT THE TIME OF DROP OFF!!!!!!!!! More

Keith, Joe S. and Ben, were great to work with, nothing short of amazing! My Father-in-law and I Visited quite a few dealerships looking for a new car. The other dealerships were less memorable experiences short of amazing! My Father-in-law and I Visited quite a few dealerships looking for a new car. The other dealerships were less memorable experiences, more forgettable if anything. Keith treated my Father-in-law and I like family. Such a great experience. He didn’t once push anything on me, and really worked with me on pricing and gave me honest opinions. Once I found the VW I thought I might have liked Keith made a recommendation for a year newer model with a slightly bigger engine, and once I got in and drove that car, I knew that was the one. Joe S the Sales Manager was such a nice guy, and had just a normal conversation with us not surrounding the sale. Joe’s knowledge on the entire VW line including manufacturer warranties and individual specs is second to none. Ben the finance manager was very nice as well, and worked with me on getting to the number I needed. He went above and beyond helping finalize everything. Keith is simply a great person, and I felt like he was more of a friend to me than anything throughout the entire process. Keith put in extra time to help answer all of my questions even after the dealership closed, as he texted me throughout the night into the following days, before and after I finalized everything. He made me a VW Fan and a customer for life. My wife and I are looking forward to getting our next vehicles from Ganley VW of Bedford, and I can only hope I get to work with that entire team again.
