New Car I bought was advertised: 0% finance charge and maintenance free for 100,000 miles. Salesman refuse the 0% finance charge & said I only qualified for 1.9% finance. When I got home I realized the maintenance free for 100,000 miles. Salesman refuse the 0% finance charge & said I only qualified for 1.9% finance. When I got home I realized the free maintenance was also not given. Instead will be charged a deductible of 250.00 each visit. I paid the car off, first statement. Was refused to put down payment. Not very honorable on their part. 2019 Honda passport. My fault for for signing the paperwork without reviewing it first. It went so fast sign here and here.....did not realize things were changed. We had driven many cars finding the perfect one for my wife. When we decided on the Civic Si, Honda said you had what we wanted.
