To me, Auto Repair is not a career, it's a passion. Helping my customer to get the most out of their vehicle and giving them sound advice on maintenance and repairs is "what I do" Nothing is more rewarding to me than when my customer comes in for service and asks for me by name.

I have a tire on my new truck that randomly loses air. I’ve spent two days having it worked on and it was flat this morning again. I requested a new tire but instead got a ridiculous answer for my problem I’ve spent two days having it worked on and it was flat this morning again. I requested a new tire but instead got a ridiculous answer for my problem. I can’t keep going out of my way to lose my truck for a day and miss work. I explained this the second time I brought it in, it’s a new truck the tire should have been replaced the first time. Also, I get no updates or even contacted when it’s “finished”. More
