We had done a lot of research on the CX-5, and Nelson's in-depth knowledge and pride in the vehicle were evident. He joined us on the test drives, which allowed us to get answers to our questions as they arose, and allowed him to point out various features in action in various driving scenarios. We particularly appreciated the thought he put into choosing the route for our test drives, trying to simulate our daily driving conditions as closely as possible. Nelson's and Roy's kindness and no-pressure demeanors made the entire experience a pleasure. We also had a great experience with the service department. Joe and Jeremy went above and beyond to get snow tires put on the car before we took delivery, and they and the entire service department were friendly and welcoming.
