Waited two hours for 10 min. service We made an appointment for an oil change at 2pm. We even arrived early. We didn't drive away until after 4pm. Awful Communication This has been some of the worst service I’ve received. My car has noted it needed an oil change twice and both times they have sent me back saying the This has been some of the worst service I’ve received. My car has noted it needed an oil change twice and both times they have sent me back saying there was no service needed even though my dashboard continued to say “Service Needed.” We scheduled a third service appointment for another item on the car are currently driving around the parking lot looking for what seems to be a non existent key drop. The first time, wife and daughter came up here to receive an oil change and tire rotation. The service department had the car for over 4 hours and only rotated the tires which thew off future service appointments. The second time, they kept the car for 2 hours to tell us we didn’t need any service done. We asked to schedule out our next appointment and we’re told we could drop the car off after hours and utilize a key drop. I’m currently here, looking for a key drop with no success. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments has been a nightmare as well as I have yet to get a hold of any associates during the work day and their online scheduling has been hard to navigate. I hate leaving a bad review as I’ve had good service from the leasing department, but the service department is the worst I’ve ever had to work with. More

"maybe" would be my response to "woud you recommend" First: You are having a HORRIBLE time of separating accounts when cars move to new owners. Previous and current owner have tried numerous times ov First: You are having a HORRIBLE time of separating accounts when cars move to new owners. Previous and current owner have tried numerous times over the past 2 plus years to get things straight with your service / owner information. ... to this date still not successful. Second: There was a sale on tires which may have been purchased BUT, rather than review and call OR review before taking the car in nothing was said until car was picked up. At which time this is the discussion: We didn't rotate your tires because they are wearing evenly and they need to be replaced anyhow. ... Ummm WUT? Car owner is here. Car is here. You choose to NOT discuss this with me until the car is being picked up? In October when snow has already been flying in the area (one would expect if new tires are needed this would be the best time to get them). Owner does NOT live nor work close and needs to take time off to bring the car in. Is it time to find a new service center? This car has 100,000 plus miles and eventually a replacement car will be required. The other car has 25,000 miles and is the 4th car purchased with you. If you want our continuing business (There are 3 generations of car buyers involved here) ... Customer service is the only thing separating you from other Toyota dealerships in the general area. as of today you are not running a winning race. More
