The people at Heiser were polite and friendly. My only issue with getting service from Hieser is I would like to receive Oil coupons, or coupons related to the issues they want to do to my Rav4 . I called the dealership with a question about my vehicle. I was transferred to the service department, and I was disconnected. I called back, and again I was transferred to the service department. I spoke to I was transferred to the service department, and I was disconnected. I called back, and again I was transferred to the service department. I spoke to a gentleman about my issue, and he said he would find the answer and call me back. Three days without a call back, I finally called the dealership again to get an answer to my question. The service advisors don’t seem to be very knowledgeable. Their drive seems to be up selling rather than serving the customer. If it wasn’t for the service manager, I would have rated them 1 star. Hieser is a clean dealer ship with friendly customer service. I do think that Toyota could give coupons for Oil change/ Tire rotation etc. I also see other dealer ships still providing 0% financing on service. I do think that Toyota could give coupons for Oil change/ Tire rotation etc. I also see other dealer ships still providing 0% financing on vehicles but I believe Toyota knows that there sales are good so they think they don't have to offer that anymore. Not true!!! I know this may not be in your control but it's in someone's control. That's all I'm saying about that that. More
