I bought my F150 from Phil Long Ford and was happy with it overall. My new truck could have been washed better but it's okay. You should always go line by line on the purchase agreement to make sure there aren't any surprises. I am still questioning one section on it but I guess I'll live with it. The salesman, Joe, was very friendly and helpful. My new truck also had a scratch on it that they said they could buff out but didn't. I did have a problem with the alarm but took it back to the service dept and they fixed it right away. I love my new truck and do highly recommend Phil Long Ford. More

It was hard to get to me in my Rural location so they had to have it delivered by a driver it got here empty on gas, seats were stained the console was gritty and then we had to take the driver a 180 miles t to have it delivered by a driver it got here empty on gas, seats were stained the console was gritty and then we had to take the driver a 180 miles to catch a plane back to Denver also with no reimbursement I will not do business with them again.
