BUYER BEWARE! I should have known better. I was looking for a Certified Acura and found one I liked at Island Acura. I was quoted a high price, but they gave me I should have known better. When I checked the dealer’s on line price, I WAS SAVING $8 DOLLARS…YES $8 DOLLARS off the online price. I cancelled the sale. I really needed a car, and I loved the one I originally bought, so I decided to go head with the deal. When I went to pick my car, the Purchase agreement stipulated an add’l $404.87, saying they made a mistake on the first invoice. They actually charged for something that was included on my original invoice. I am a 74 year old widow, who was lied to and taken advantage of and I am furious. This is crazy. This is my second ACURA and love my car, but my next vehicle I purchase will not be from here. The salesman who helped me was great (Darren), but the financial mgr, Joe, and the sales mgr, Tony should be ashamed to be representing Acura More

Honestly in this day and age I don’t know how people like Joseph Cannizzaro exist. I first came to this dealership in November desperate to get a leased car during the pandemic. I decided to go with Acura ov Joseph Cannizzaro exist. I first came to this dealership in November desperate to get a leased car during the pandemic. I decided to go with Acura over my initial choice of BMW, Lexus or Benz because of Salesman Rocky who was very straight forward, patient, and a gentleman. Everything went smoothly, but the finance salesman who finished up with me is a discriminatory man with racist tendencies if you will. I don’t know the man from a hole in a wall, but to speak down to educated individuals who are going to spend their hard earned money at a dealership is disgusting. Dealers at the time needed customers more than us customers needed to buy a car. But he treated me like I was the trash outside: dismissed all of my concerns, asked me very personal questions about finances, and basically could care less about my overall experience. He is a pathetic human being, you need to get him out! I told many individuals to never purchase a car ever from there because of him! He is bad for business! More
