My experience with this car dealership was very good. I had wrecked my car and needed another one ASAP. At the dealership, they let me drive two different cars and I drove them home for my husband to see I had wrecked my car and needed another one ASAP. I actually ended up purchasing a used Lincoln and a new Ford truck over a two day period. I worked primarily with Joe Herx, but had sales assistance from Harvey and Rick. Everyone I worked with in the sales department on the used car side (bought both through them) were outstanding. I especially appreciated that Harvey and Rick were quick to help out, but did not try to muscle in on Joe's sales. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I felt they were being honest with me when discussing the costs of the cars I purchased and the values of my trade-ins. I never felt pressured to buy a specific vehicle or, for that matter, any vehicle at all. When looking at what was available, they stuck to the parameters that I had specified up front and never wasted any of my time trying to show me something else. The only so-called pressure that I felt was from the encouragement the sales staff gave me to drive the vehicles for a long enough period of time to ensure that I was comfortable with it - and that was certainly a positive kind of pressure. There was excellent cooperation between the sales staff and the finance staff, and also between both of those staffs and the folks who actually prepared the vehicles for me to drive away. More

We would have given all fives, except that the car wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been, and I had to point out dirt/tar 3 separate times before it was cleaned off by the cleaning guys, altho wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been, and I had to point out dirt/tar 3 separate times before it was cleaned off by the cleaning guys, although they did work on it when asked to and were not unpleasant about it. Joe and Leah were very pleasant to work with, and we are happy with the car. We are very happy with the special "Black Friday" sale of zero percent financing. At this point we would purchase from them again. More
