We negotiated some numbers on a deal over emails and I headed out for a test drive. Hussein met us there and gave us the freedom to take all the time we needed and answered all of our questions. Not really sure if I would be using this dealership again or recommending it to anyone. Some people their are friendly and helpful like joeh that help me out with the financing of the car Omar the salesman w or recommending it to anyone. I recently had an issue with the door handle I went and most of the service department didn’t seem interested in helping as I later found out cause most of them said it would be a trim issue and would not be covered . Victor bustos the service advisor was helpful at first I provide the wrong coverage. Which is why I went to speak with Eric I was already upset and explaining the situation he told the coverage I actually had which I appreciate but began getting very rude with and saying I was arguing with which I was not I was just frustrated at that point. Basically getting the car went pretty smooth but after was not. I will victor ended up being very helpful. More
