I have played with the idea of going to a smaller BMW but have put it of. My friend had the best experience with Joe and introduced us. Joe has 26 years with BMW and it shows, he knows his cars. I ended up purchasing a newer model used car, Joe was very patient as I knew I wanted to make a change yet did not want to loose any of the perks my current car offered. I am spoiled and have no problem admitting it. The entire experience was wonderful, no high pressure tactics we have all experience with other dealers. He followed up with several calls and went out of his way to make sure that I had the ultimate BMW shopping experience. I had left Casey dealerships several years ago because of bad experiences but Joe makes me glad that I decided to give them another chance. If you want a fair, knowledgeable, trustworthy, diligent person working for you, Joe is your guy. I would recommend him without hesitation. Lloyd Howell was also instrumental in making me feel at ease. He was also very personable and helped to ease my apprehensions about purchasing a new car.
