I called them and stated I will leave factual reviews of his experience. They called him a few moments later and tried to sell him a $3000, 1 year warranty. This place will not provide GOOD FAITH SUPPORT to a nearly 80 year old man who spent thousands of dollars only to have issues so soon! Take your money elsewhere! More

In searching the internet we found the exact car we wanted, but it was in Baltimore, Md. 250 miles away. I told my husband that no way was I going that far in all the traffic. But......the deal that Bob Compton offered us we couldn't refuse! We drove our 2005 Ford Escape there and if said he didn't give us what we were asking for it we were driving both home. Well, he gave us what we were asking! We have bought a lot of cars in the past, and when I say a lot I am not exaggerating. We have never been to a dealership where we were completely satisfied with the service we received. Everyone there was polite, friendly and courteous not only to us but to each other. Recently, I traveled over 500 miles from Portland, Maine to Baltimore, Maryland to purchase a new F350 Super Duty Truck. I had been searching the internet for both used and new vehicles. Bob Davidson Ford had four vehicles in their inventory with the features I was looking for; I couldn’t find one dealer here in Maine with the features. The Bob Davidson Ford Internet Sales Team was always very responsive, never pushy and provided me extra information whenever requested. My first planned flight was canceled due to weather. A week later I was able to fly into Baltimore and arrived early at Dealership where I was warmly welcomed by everyone I encountered. The three vehicles that I had expressed an interest in were all prepped and ready for a test drive upon my arrival. My sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he took his time to test drive three different trucks and worked with me to negotiate a very fair deal. Once my purchase was completed the staff took the time to orientate me to all the features of my new Ford Truck. My trip was more than worth the one-way flight and ride home in my new Ford Truck. My experience at Bob Davidson Ford was low-key, no pressure sales, sincerely warm welcoming folks and I plan on making the trip again for my next vehicle purchase.
