Luther Westside Volkswagen is staffed by very friendly and knowledgeable people. We came to Luther interested in buying our first electric vehicle, so we had many questions. Can't say enough about Joe Fifield, who spent a great deal of time walking us through the whole process. He kept us informed as our car was "in transit" for weeks. He helped us understand the many features of the ID.4 during our test drive, and we left the dealership with our new car understanding, mostly, how to enjoy driving it for years to come.
